When you copy part of a movie, 
the copy is always at the movie’s 
“normal” size—the size at which it was recorded. This is not necessarily the current display size.

If you paste a segment from a larger movie into a smaller window, the window is enlarged to fit. If you paste a smaller segment, the window size is unchanged.
